After spending almost 20 years in the finance industry, our founder Grayson Wafford, decided it was time to make a change. He walked away from the corporate world and began to chase after his passion. After building several homes for his family, Grayson identified an opportunity to improve upon the high-end residential construction industry. By focusing on efficiency, paying closer attention to details, real-time budgeting and personally overseeing every step of construction, Grayson was able to build homes that set themselves apart in both design and quality, but perhaps more importantly, expense.
